Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us within 7 days with your order number and details about the product and reason you would like to return. We don't accept returns for change of mind or sterile products that are opened however we will work with you to find a suitable outcome.
Shipping
We can ship to any address in Australia. For new customers and your first order we will confirm your order and payment via phone prior to shipping.
When you place an order, we will notify you of shipping and tracking details once the order has shipped - usually within 24 hrs (business days)
Please also note that the shipping rates are based on minimum order value as follows:
$15 freight for orders under $300 (QLD, VIC, SA, NSW & TAS)
$40 freight for under $600 (WA & NT)
